Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a decade of experience in the nutrition field. Growing up an athlete, she understands the value health and nutrition on fitness and sport performance. She takes an individualized approach with each client to support their unique needs and goals.
Emily also serves as the Research Consultant for Buff Chick Supplements, formulating evidence-based supplements to optimize women’s strength and performance.

Emily has worked with professional athletes competing in the following organizations and sports: MLB, MiLB, NFL, IndyCar, golf, ballet, and volleyball. In her time with NCAA Division 1 universities, she prepared athletes of over 10 different sports. Her nutrition experience outside of athletics includes the Houston Fire Department, clinical nutrition, and private practice.
